By submitting content to the Service, you grant Gamedoora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote your content in connection with operating and marketing the Service. You retain full ownership of your content. You may remove your content at any time, at which point this licence will terminate within a commercially reasonable period.
The Service allows users to generate and share content including community posts, comments, project updates, and profile information ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC").
By creating UGC, you grant Gamedoora a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service. You may request deletion of your UGC by contacting us or deleting your account.
Gamedoora does not endorse any UGC and is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or legality. You are solely responsible for your UGC and the consequences of publishing it.
The Gamedoora platform, including its design, software, branding, and original content (excluding Creator and User content), is owned by Gamedoora and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Gamedoora platform without our express written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Gamedoora provides tools for hosting and participating in game jams through jam.gamedoora.com. By participating in or hosting a game jam you agree that:

We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing content where appropriate. Repeated infringement may result in account termination.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Gamedoora does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gamedoora and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Gamedoora in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
